Decent stay, but some issues noted

I had some issues . The heater was tricky. I couldn't figure it out. I had to call the desk for help with the TV remote. The menu wouldn't appear! There was no clock in the room. Good thing I had my own. the blackout curtains had stains. That was not ideal.
